Here’s how our business process works.
Inventory Management
Manufacturing, restocking, selling and shipping.
- Our goal is never to be out of stock
- We are continually manufacturing and restocking.
- WE NEVER BACKORDER
- Our website is setup to NOT Allow Back-orders as follows:
In Stock - Determining in stock items
As you hover over the products, if the “Choose Options” pop-up appears the item is in stock!
Our website only allows you to select products and options to purchase that are in stock.

If “Out of Stock” pops up in Red Box, ordering is disabled until the stock has been replenished.

Quick Stock Replenishment
As stock gets low our standing orders trigger:
- Our raw materials are ordered from our suppliers
- And the materials and delivered to our amazing machinists
- Our amazing machinists do their magic and
- They ship back to us or off to anodizing or coating vendors.
- The anodizing or coating vendors ship product back to us so we can make them available for purchase on the site
We would rather be Out of Stock than hold your money on Backorder!
NO ONE LIKES BACK ORDERS, SO WE DON’T DO THEM!
Our goal is to always be in stock!
Common in the solvent trap world: many are accepting orders, tying up your money and taking weeks or months to deliver your purchases. Not Us!!

Our Website holds a catalog of all our products. If a product is in stock, it can be added to your cart. If not in stock, the item can’t be purchased at this time.
