Naked End Caps for Solvent Trap Tubes
Naked end Caps work together with our Solvent Trap Tubes and have a simple functional design. Our naked end caps come without finish. Each end cap is manufactured with high quality materials. They perform by attaching to the end of a solvent trap tube to prevent any solvent or debris from escaping. They are a great, effective method to catch solvent while cleaning weapons with threaded barrels.
These end caps are Internally
threaded to allow easy disassembly and cleaning. They come in Carbon
Steel, Aluminum and Titanium. In addition, our end caps are available in B, C
and D cell sizes. All are great USA made caps to fit your individual
preferences.

What is a Solvent Trap?
Solvent traps attach to the muzzle of a firearm but by themselves, a solvent trap
is just a barrel plug. The intent of a solvent
trap used for firearm bore cleaning operations is to catch and trap gun
cleaning solvent.
Solvent traps do not have any design features that could be intended to allow a bullet to pass through them. The original design is manufactured to be sure that they are not to be used to silence, muffle or diminish the report of a firearm. The end caps are used as an asset to the Solvent Trap Tubes. They are specifically used to catch solvent and other slimy materials dripping out of the barrel of your gun during the cleaning process.
